1. Production Time (Creation Process)
Every piece of jewelry we offer is custom-made to order.
  • Standard Production: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to craft, personalize, and safely package your item before it ships.
  • Peak Seasons: Production times may extend slightly during major holidays (e.g., Mother's Day, Christmas).
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once production is complete, estimated shipping times are as follows:
  • United States: 2–5 business days (Shipped via USPS / DHL).
  • Canada: 5–10 business days (Includes international transit and customs clearance).
Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. Fulfillment, Duties & Taxes
  • Production & Shipping Origin: Blue Phoenix Online Store is an Ontario-registered brand. To efficiently serve our international customer base, all orders are custom-manufactured, packaged, and dispatched directly from our dedicated production facility located in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.
  • United States Orders: Because orders are produced and shipped domestically within the USA, United States customers will never face customs duties, import fees, or surprise cross-border charges.
  • Canadian Orders: We are proud to offer a seamless shopping experience. For all Canadian destinations, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are fully covered and included in our shipping. Canadian customers will never receive surprise fees or additional charges upon delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your custom piece is crafted and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking status has stopped updating, please contact our support team immediately at info@bluephoenixcdn.com.
